Welcome to AstraVeda. By accessing this platform, browsing our sacred store, booking Vedic Anushthans, or consulting our Acharyas, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Nature of Vedic Astrological Guidance
Astrology (Jyotish Shastra) is a traditional Vedic system of knowledge based on astronomical planetary positions, time-tested Shastric principles, and planetary karma theory:
- All horoscopes, Kundli predictions, planetary dosha evaluations, and gemstone recommendations are offered in good faith as spiritual guidance and self-discovery tools.
- Astrological insights represent cosmic potentials and propensities. They are not intended as absolute guarantees and should never substitute for professional medical diagnosis, licensed psychiatric care, legal counsel, or financial advisory.
2. Seeker Responsibilities for Accurate Birth Details
The accuracy of Vedic charts (Lagna, Navamsha, Vimshottari Dasha) relies heavily on the precision of birth inputs provided by the seeker. AstraVeda shall not be held liable for misinterpretations resulting from inaccurate birth dates, times, or geographic coordinates submitted by the seeker.
3. Sacred Anushthan & Pooja Services
- All pujas and havans are conducted strictly according to traditional Vedic rituals by qualified Brahmin Pandits.
- Upon completion of an anushthan, sacred prasad and energized yantras/raksha sutras will be dispatched via courier to the address specified during checkout.
- AstraVeda strives to schedule pujas on the most auspicious Shubh Muhurats; however, dates may occasionally be adjusted based on astronomical panchang alignments, solar/lunar eclipses, or temple festival protocols.
4. Sacred Store Products (Gemstones, Rudraksha & Yantras)
- Natural gemstones inherently possess microscopic natural inclusions, silk veils, and color nuances that distinguish them from synthetic imitations.
- Images displayed on the website are photographed under daylight-balanced studio lighting; slight variations in color hue or display monitors may occur.
5. Pricing, Dakshina & Payments
- All prices and Brahmin Dakshina amounts are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
- Payments must be settled in full prior to the commencement of personal consultations or dispatch of sacred store items.
6. Intellectual Property
All Vedic calculation methodologies, algorithmic planetary ephemerides, sacred articles, graphics, logos, and digital mantras on AstraVeda are the intellectual property of AstraVeda and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
